The UK's Largest Farming Organization Selects Microsoft Dynamics NAV & LINKFresh
Looks like the Microsoft Dynamics NAV ecosystem didn't want to be outdone by the recent wins I reported for Dynamics AX at Orange County Container Group (OCCG) and Dynamics GP at Gaspari Nutrition so they went and pinged a win of their own across the wire today.
Co-operative Farms is the UK's largest farmer managing over 50,000 acres of land in England and Scotland and you guessed it they recently selected Microsoft Dynamics NAV and LINKFresh to be implemented across it’s UK sites including three pack houses and the head office in Manchester (yeah that city that has a couple of football teams that are ok but got as good as Liverpool FC.) As Rob Hull, head of vegetable operations explains: “We carried out an extensive evaluation process prior to selecting LINKFresh. What impressed us was the sheer depth of packaged fresh produce functionality already incorporated in the product. Excellent feedback during our reference visits also convinced us that the system could meet both our immediate and future needs”.
