This year’s conference highlights the launch of Microsoft Dynamics AX for Retail in France and 15 other markets.
Microsoft Dynamics AX for Retail extends to the cloud and provides complete customer-centric solutions for managing retail outlets and chain stores. As such, this ERP system is a cornerstone of our overall strategy to deliver what we call the "Connected Experience.” Our “Connected Experience for Retail” approach helps our customers meet three mission-critical needs. “Connected People” addresses the need to connect sales associates, call center reps and customers providing them with the right information to deepen their interactions. “Connected Insight” helps retailers meet their operational challenges by providing visibility to all product and sales data. And, last but just as important, the “Connected Customer Relationship” solution addresses end-to-end customer service needs allowing retailers to build lasting customer loyalty.
With Microsoft Dynamics AX, business information flows seamlessly up and down the value chain, enabling retailers to react more quickly, boost performance and provide more effective customer service. This new offering is a great example of how our flexible Software plus Services approach provides our customers with the choice of how to deploy their ERP solutions (on-site, hosted or on-demand), how to access it (via fixed or mobile terminals) and how to pay.
