We want to share with you the welcome news that Microsoft Dynamics CRM has been named a 2014 CRM Magazine Service Leader Award winner. A key reason for this win as noted by analysts judging these awards was Microsoft’s recent acquisition of Parature, a global leader in cloud-based customer service software. We are proud to have played a role in Microsoft Dynamics CRM earning the overall winner spot, unseating Salesforce as the incumbent.  This recognition is further validation that the two companies together make for a powerful force in the CRM market.

The 2014 CRM Magazine Service Leaders were chosen by a panel of approximately 20 industry analysts, with ratings based on a mix of weighted criteria including depth of functionality and services, customer satisfaction, company direction, deployment costs and overall revenue over a five-year period.

In the publication’s review of the 2014 Service Leaders, Parature was recognized for its “excellence at serving midmarket customers feature-rich customer case management at a low cost” and its overall customer satisfaction. John Ragsdale, Vice President of Technology Research at the Technology Services Industry Association, noted “Parature was the first multichannel/incident management platform to offer a fully integrated customer community and social media monitoring,” and “will be a big asset to Microsoft Dynamics.”

It is truly an honor to be recognized by such an esteemed panel of analysts and judges not just for our individual capabilities, but also as a contributing asset to Microsoft Dynamics CRM. It is Parature’s continued goal to deliver at the highest levels when it comes to customer satisfaction and depth of functionality.  This repeat industry recognition and the analyst commentary that accompanies it is incredibly meaningful to us, and further motivates our innovation, growth and success, both as a stand-alone offering and as part of Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
