Parature is pleased to announce that TMC, a global, integrated media company, has named Parature Customer Service Software a recipient of a 2014 CRM Excellence Award, presented by CUSTOMER magazine. CUSTOMER has been the premier publication in the CRM, contact center and teleservices industries since 1982.

“We are honored to be recognized again this year by TMC and CUSTOMER magazine with a CRM Excellence Award,” said Bill Patterson, Senior Director, Customer Self-Service. “At Parature, we strive for excellence not only in our CRM product, but in delivering world-class service to our own customers. It is incredibly meaningful to be recognized for our solution and the measurable benefits our customers enjoy.”

“The 15th Annual CRM Excellence Awards has recognized Parature for being a true CRM partner to its customers and clients,” said Rich Tehrani, TMC’s CEO and Group Editor-in-Chief.

“Parature has demonstrated to the editors of CUSTOMER magazine that Parature Customer Service Software has improved the processes of their clients’ businesses by streamlining and facilitating the flow of information,” added Tehrani.

Based on hard data, the CRM Excellence Awards rely on facts and statistics demonstrating the improvements that the winner’s product has made in a client’s business. Winners were chosen on the basis of their product or service’s ability to help extend and expand the customer relationship to become all encompassing, covering the entire enterprise and the entire lifetime of the customer.

Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Parature: Better Together

This award win comes on the heels of Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Parature’s double win in the 2014 CRM Magazine Service Leader Awards, where Microsoft Dynamics CRM earned the top overall winner spot, unseating Salesforce, which had led the market for the past two years in the awards.

Even more recently, Gartner VP and Distinguished Analyst, Michael Maoz, recognized this winning combination in his 2014 Magic Quadrant for the CRM Customer Engagement Center, noting the Parature acquisition as a key strength for Microsoft Dynamics CRM, as Microsoft leapfrogged above Oracle Service Cloud in the Leaders quadrant. These continued industry recognitions further validate Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Parature’s power together in the CRM market, especially as it relates to customer care.

The 2014 CRM Excellence Award winners can be found in the May issue of CUSTOMER magazine.
