We talk a lot about evolution around here – of our goals, our approach to the customer experience, our business. At this year’s Convergence conference, business transformation and development is at the heart of everything we’ll be sharing, including our news and as a key theme of the stories we’ll highlight.
Seamless product integration – from Office 365 to Azure to Microsoft Dynamics and beyond – is something we’re proud of and always working to improve, so it’s no surprise a lot of our customers have gravitated toward adopting Microsoft technologies across their organizations. Many of them tell us it was because of their positive experience using a single Microsoft product that inspired them to add more. Take for instance JJ Food Service; as a UK food distributor that works 24/7, the company has consistently increased their customer intelligence through Dynamics AX and created an efficient, personalized experience for every single one of their online customers. Recently, JJ Food Service kicked it up a notch and added Microsoft Azure Machine Learning. Mushtaque Ahmed, chief operations officer at JJ Food Service, shared his reasoning for this evolution of their solution: “Microsoft Dynamics AX works hard for us, automating processes. But we also need to make these processes intelligent — and that’s where Microsoft Azure Machine Learning is vital.”
We have an outstanding number of customers in attendance this year, and we’ll be highlighting a select few right here for you. You can check out the first one here, showcasing three of our Dynamics CRM online for Government customers – AgFirst Farm Credit Bank, and the United States Department of Agriculture’s Risk Management Agency – all of whom are doing amazing things in the cloud. Please also check back during the event – or come see us on the expo floor!
