"Productivity is being able to show up and follow through on what my promises are," Darek Mazzone, KEXP DJ.

Seattle’s KEXP, more an inventive arts organization than your traditional radio station, has an epic fan following. Approximately 170,000 music lovers tune in each week as its eclectic mix of DJs uncovers, curates and plays songs that span genres. Many of these same listeners show their support by donating to KEXP, whose nonprofit operations rely solely on investments from individual, foundation, business and government contributions.

Major donation efforts like this require technology that houses complex information about donors, artists and listeners. Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online implementation has been vital to the nonprofit’s growth by providing easy-to-use tools for defining and segmenting important data. KEXP is already over halfway to its donation goal for the move, thanks to more efficient and thoughtful processes behind the scenes.

On the other hand, we also needed the out-of-the-box functions CRM Online was designed for: enhancing security and leveraging connections.”
