Microsoft Dynamics 365 Blog

In this digital era where the consumer has the power, there is one thing we know to be true:  businesses that excel in creating trusted, long-term relationships with their customers are best positioned to succeed. This single truth is transforming the CRM industry from one of Customer Relationship Management, to that of Intelligent Customer Engagement where technology informs, predicts and enables businesses to create positive customer interactions at each and every touchpoint.

At Convergence earlier this year and most recently at our Worldwide Partner Conference, we have been sharing a vision  of how Microsoft and its partners are reinventing productivity and business processes by empowering organizations to better engage with their customers. We will be taking the next step in showing how this vision is coming to life at eXtremeCRM San Diego in November.

Having participated at eXtremeCRM Madrid in April, I found it to be a one-of-a-kind opportunity for participants to immerse themselves in everything CRM. With its fantastic blend of rich real-world content combined with outstanding networking opportunities, eXtremeCRM San Diego is your opportunity to gain direct insight into the Dynamics CRM Autumn wave and our vision for the road ahead.

Coming just once a year to North America, the conference is your chance to increase your knowledge, refine your thinking, and connect with me, your colleagues and with others from Microsoft.

Join me for the Opening Keynote on Tuesday November 17 where I’ll share insights about our CRM roadmap and growth strategy.  I’m also looking forward to leading a small group dialog with the Executive Exchange attendees, where I’ll share my thoughts about exciting new opportunities for partners, how our refined strategy and organization structure supports the opportunity and the big investments Microsoft is making for mutual success. For those  who build IP, join me for a specific dialog session where we’ll discuss how Microsoft and our ISV community can drive greater value to customers.  We will also be holding a product feedback session and the conference concludes Wednesday evening with a Celebration Event where I will hold a “Fireside Chat” with our CRM community.

For additional information and details, please go to the conference website. We look forward to seeing you in sunny San Diego at eXtremeCRM!
