Share the Excitement Around Microsoft Dynamics CRM at CRMUG Summit 2015

There’s a momentum and excitement around Microsoft Dynamics CRM that is growing.  Last quarter marked the 44th consecutive quarter of Dynamics CRM double digit growth, driven by CRM Online revenue nearly doubling.  Our CRM Online install base more than doubled and we are entering our new fiscal year clicking on all cylinders.

The market, press and analysts are sitting up and taking notice.  This year, we won the enterprise, midmarket, small business and sales force automation categories of the CRM Market Awards, and we continue to prove our competitive chops at every turn as a leader in the CRM space.

This momentum is thanks in great part to our users, many of whom started with Microsoft Dynamics CRM for one part of their business and are now using our solution across sales, marketing and service to engage their customers in more personal and proactive ways.

To our Microsoft Dynamics CRM users, I want to first extend my heartfelt thanks.

Secondly, I’d love for you to  join me for this year’s CRMUG Summit, October 13 – 16 in Reno, Nevada, not only to have you share the excitement around being a part of the growing Microsoft Dynamics CRM family but also to have you hear first-hand how Microsoft and its partners are reinventing productivity and business processes by empowering organizations to better engage with their customers.

I’ll be sharing our vision  in my Opening Keynote at CRMUG on October 14. The significant innovation we plan for Microsoft Dynamics CRM, especially around Intelligent Customer Engagement will include differentiating tools, resources and insights designed to put you a step ahead.

Whether you’re a business user, developer, administrator or partner, the user-led sessions at this year’s CRMUG will deliver training and best practices covering every aspect of how you use or can better be using Microsoft Dynamics CRM, from configuration through Business Intelligence. Content around newly-introduced features and functionality, Dynamics CRM Online, and customer service (which you’ve seen Microsoft make huge investments in over the past year-and-a-half) will also be part of this year’s summit.

On this note, one of the additional benefits of CRMUG is the networking opportunity. There’s no other event where you have so many CRM experts, developers and fellow users together in a small group or one-on-one setting to ask questions, share successes, get industry or use case specific tips and training, and to learn about other parts of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM suite that could be used to further set your brand or organization apart as a customer experience leader.

As you and your organization begin detailing your 2016 business strategy, CRMUG provides the right opportunity to fine tune your use of Microsoft Dynamics CRM and further leverage its data and insights to accomplish your goals.

Join me for this unique, once-a-year event to experience first-hand what the excitement around Microsoft Dynamics CRM is all about. For additional information and details, please go to the conference website. I look forward to seeing you there!
