As Microsoft continues to strengthen our investment and innovations in the business applications space, we continue to be motivated by the recognition we’re receiving for our efforts. We’re excited to note this now includes a 2016 CUSTOMER Magazine CRM Excellence Award for Microsoft Dynamics CRM, which is delivering impressive new features in its Spring 2016 Wave available later this month.
Our general manager Jujhar Singh recently highlighted a few of these features in a pre-announcement, previewing key capabilities in field service, project service, community engagement and social engagement just to name a few. It’s an exciting time to be part of Microsoft Dynamics CRM, and awards such as the CUSTOMER Magazine CRM Excellence Award truly motivate us to continue advancing and innovating for our customers – and for our customers’ customers.
