The Microsoft Dynamics Lifecycle Services team is happy to announce the immediate availability of the May release of Lifecycle Services..

Improvements to performance

In the May release of LCS, we have made improvements to the methodology load times. Depending on the size of the methodology, you will see up to a 70% reduction in the load time which results in faster loading of the project dashboard.

Business Process Modeler (BPM)

The new BPM user interface is moving into public preview shortly after the May release of LCS. You will not need a preview code to use the new functionality.

For a general description of the new user interface, see, Business process modeler (BPM) experience in LCS.

The new user interface also allows you to create a new BPM library by importing a Microsoft Excel template as described in the February release notes.

Improvement to the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Translation Service

With the May release of LCS, the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Translation Service has added the ability to download translation output files in a ZIP format. In addition to downloading each file by clicking it you can also select to download all output files in one zip file from either the Request output tab or the Regenerate (By Partner) tab. This will reduce the time spent submitting multiple files to translate through a single request. Note that the zip file size information will show when the file is clicked a second time.
