Service Restored for customers experiencing LCS sign-in issues. 

Final Status: During investigation, engineers discovered that customers were experiencing LCS sign-in issues. Microsoft engineers followed documented procedures and were able to restore service for impacted customers at 7:08 PM UTC. The root cause of this incident is currently under investigation.
