Ilana Smith began her Microsoft career in 2000, working in Enterprise Sales in Brisbane, Australia. While there, she used a (rival) CRM product – this experience inspired her to join the Microsoft CRM team, after a short detour via the Exchange product group. Ilana was a program manager on the CRM team for three and a half versions, mainly responsible for Outlook integration and email. Ilana was the founder of the CRM Team Blog. These days, Ilana lives in Denmark, works for the Microsoft Dynamics NAV product group and nags her team-mates to blog for the NAV Team Blog. She still finds herself answering CRM questions
