A little about me… My youthful looks can deceive you — I first came to Microsoft on an internship as a Test Engineer on Microsoft Mail 1.37 — anyone remember that far back? After graduation, I joined full time in the email group and worked in various roles on email and scheduling products, including Schedule+ and Exchange. My passion for calendaring and scheduling lead to work on the iCalendar standard (IETF RFC 2445) and later on a hosted self-service scheduling solution for small businesses in Microsoft bCentral.
I joined the Dynamics CRM team for the V3.0 release to build out the Service Scheduling capabilities and exercise my other passion: user centered design. I believe that business software doesn’t have to be boring or hard to use. My goal is to build the CRM application that you’ll love so much that you’ll brag about it.
I’ve held a variety of Program Management roles on the CRM team and currently lead a team focused on delivering Sales Force Automation capabilities.
When not at work, you’ll likely find me enjoying a variety of physical pursuits including hiking, cycling, or paddling the local waters on my Stand Up Paddleboard.
