Jeff is a Group Program Manager for the Microsoft CRM team. Prior to his current role he was the Lead Program Manager for CRM client strategy, and prior to that he was the Lead Program Manager for Microsoft CRM platform infrastructure.
Jeff has a long history with CRM. Prior to joining the Microsoft CRM team he managed Microsoft’s internal CRM deployment that services over 20,000 users. Jeff came to Microsoft after spending 3 years as the Chief Architect at Onyx Software where he guided them through the design and development of an n-tier, internet based platform. Jeff’s previous experience includes a start-up software company (later acquired by Onyx Software), several years building enterprise class IT systems, and just over 3 years with Deloitte & Touche as a certified public accountant.
