David Thacher leads the worldwide R&D effort for Dynamics CRM.In that role, he is responsible for product development as well as overall strategy and business development for the customer relationship management product line.His team designs and develops the core CRM product as well as all related products and tools.
Thacher has directed the CRM business and product group from its inception.He joined Microsoft in 1988 and has held various leadership roles within the Microsoft Windows NT®, Publisher, Office and bCentral™ teams. He is a graduate of YaleUniversity.
