Bio – John Song

John Song is a Program Manager for Microsoft Dynamics CRM team responsible for deployment & management feature area within the CRM product. He has 9 years of IT experience and has spent more than half of that time on Microsoft Dynamics CRM development.  He is one of the original members of the CRM team and has worked on all 3 releases of the Dynamics CRM.

When not at work, he likes to play musical instruments, race cars, do community services, spend time with his family, and remodel his ever “fixer-upper” home himself, which feels a lot like an ever badly ran software project that costs twice as much and takes twice as long than originally anticipated and scoped.
