Bio – Amy Langlois

Amy Langlois is the Content Publishing Manager for the technical product documentation for CRM, published on MSDN and TechNet. This includes the SDK, the Implementation Guide, Enterprise and more! She joined Microsoft in 2002 to write the first SDK for CRM. Before joining Microsoft, she was a software engineer for many years at companies such as Adobe Systems, PictureIQ, and Andover Controls Corporation; with expertise in database software and the user interface for photo editing software.
