Attain your learning goals: An introduction to the CRM training team

Are you interested in attaining the Microsoft Dynamics CRM certification? Do you have specific goals related to learning CRM? Are you ready to explore your learning options? If so, then the CRM Global Training team has just the products to help you attain your learning goals. 

The purpose of this initial post is to provide a brief introduction to the members of the CRM Global Training team and provide an initial glimpse into the work that we do.

The mission of the CRM Global Training team is to develop global learning products that enable proficiency for CRM solution deployment.  The goal of our team is to provide a strategy advantage to MS CRM and MBS through the quality, reach, and value of training to enhance product deployment and adoption.  We are part of a larger training team that develops training for AX, GP, NAV and SL.
