CRM Sustained Engineering has been working with more than sixty selected customers and partners during a highly effective pre-release testing program.  We expect to send out a set of updated Pre-Release packages to the participants by Tuesday, November 21st for a final test pass.  We are targeting Nov. 30th, 2006 as the public release date, but this is a quality-driven release that will be publicly posted when it meets the appropriately-high quality bar that our customers expect.

Testers: Please look for an email from me regarding a test program update and a pointer to your new packages.

Please note: nominations for the pre-release program are now officially closed.

“Optimizing the Performance of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0 Performance Whitepaper” in final review / editing phase

I’m happy to announce that the CRM 3.0 Performance Whitepaper has entered the final technical review stage, and we’re targeting Dec. 15, 2006 as the public release date.

We’ve been methodically gathering many learnings gained as we’ve participated in many large, and in some cases global, deployments of Microsoft CRM v3.0.   As we did for CRM v1.2 via the Optimizing the Performance of Microsoft CRM 1.2 White Paper, we’ve planned all along to collect these learnings into a single Whitepaper for use by ANYONE interested in optimizing Microsoft CRM performance.

In the CRM 3.0 Performance Whitepaper we’ll also include references to other resources such as the Performance and Stress Testing Toolkit – if you’re interested in CRM Performance, you need to be familiar with this great Toolkit, and you’ll love the upcoming Performance Whitepaper.

Thanks!
