Microsoft Dynamics 365 Blog

A frequent request I see from customers is how to view the CRM Parent Account field on their contacts synchronized from CRM to Outlook.  The data is there, but on a user-defined field and not the Company field.  Instead of writing up my own directions on how to view this, I thought I would point you to a good article written by one of our partners, Frank Lee of Workopia, Inc.
