This guide describes you can order Microsoft Dynamics training materials. You can either download electronic materials or order printed materials. The ordering methods vary, depending on your role. If you have questions about how to obtain training materials, submit them to the e-mail address listed at the end of the relevant section shown underneath.

Downloading Electronic Materials

MSPP Registered Partners (enrolled in a Partner Service Plan for Microsoft Dynamics):

Unlimited access to electronic versions of training materials is available through the PartnerSource site.

MSPP Certified and Gold Certified Partners (enrolled in a Partner Service Plan for Microsoft Dynamics)

Unlimited access to electronic versions of training materials is available through the PartnerSource site.

Microsoft Certified Trainers

Unlimited access to electronic versions of training materials is available through the MCT download center.

Customers (enrolled in the Business Ready Enhancement Plan or other service plan for Microsoft Dynamics)

Unlimited access is available to electronic versions of training materials through the CustomerSource site.

Microsoft Certified Partners for Learning Solutions (CPLS)

Unlimited access to electronic versions of training materials is available through the PartnerSource site or to mbsuniv@microsoft.com.

Obtaining Printed Materials

MSPP Registered Partners

Printed materials are available through a Microsoft Certified Partner for Learning Solutions (CPLS), or customers’ Microsoft Business Solutions Certified or Gold Certified Partner. Visit the Microsoft Resource Directory to find a CPLS.

MSPP Certified and Gold Certified Partners (Enrolled or not enrolled in a Partner Service Plan for Microsoft Dynamics)

Printed materials are available through independent third-party distributors. Each region has different distributors for training manuals. You must be logged onto Partnersource to visit the regional page for ordering instructions:

· Asia, Australia, New Zealand

· Europe, Middle East and Africa

· Latin America

· United States and Canada

Microsoft Certified Trainers (MCT), Customers, and Public

Printed materials are available through a Microsoft Certified Partner for Learning Solutions (CPLS) or the customer’s Microsoft Business Solutions Certified or Gold Certified Partner. Visit the Microsoft Resource Directory to find a CPLS.

Microsoft Certified Partners for Learning Solutions (CPLS)

Printed materials are available through the CPLS section of the Microsoft Partner Portal (MSPP) site.

Business Ready Enhancement Plan or other service plan
