Microsoft Dynamics 365 Blog

You can help us to improve our training materials for the upcoming “Titan” release of Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

We are authoring training material for the next release of Microsoft Dynamics CRM, and we want to know how our customers and partners feel about the existing training materials. Since the training materials for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0 will serve as the foundation for our new training content, we want to take this opportunity to improve the existing content related to features and functionality that will not change in the new release.

Perhaps you have taught a Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0 class, have been a student in one, have taken one or more of our eLearning courses, or have learned about Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0 through self study. If you have experienced any of these training opportunities, then you are just the person we would love to hear from. Any information or opinions you share will definitely help us improve the training content for the upcoming release.

If you would like to help us out, we would greatly appreciate your feedback on the following areas:

  • Is there important information that should be included in the content that is not covered?
  • How can we improve the existing content for the next release?
  • Is there information that should be removed from the training material?
  • Is the content in logical order, or should topics, sections be merged or broken out?

When posting comments please specify which course you are referring to. For example: Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0 Installation and Configuration, or Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0 Customization, and so on.

Please respond to this post using either the Comments feature, or by emailing us at trblog@microsoft.com.

Thank you,

Tony Frink
