Manbhawan Prasad is Program Manager on the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Team. He focused on the Data Management feature area in CRM 4.0 which includes Data Import, Migration, Duplicate detection. Other areas of Microsoft Dynamics CRM he has worked on in the past includes Marketing Automation and Data Migration Framework. Manbhawan has been on the CRM team at Microsoft since 2004.
