Jim is the CRM Content Publishing’s Senior Content Project Manager dedicated to addressing the needs of our Enterprise audiences.

Formerly a member of the CRM E2 (Engineering for Enterprise) Team, Jim’s primary focus remains addressing the information needs of Architects and Consultants (across our customers, the Microsoft field, and out Partner ecosystem).

Jim joined the Microsoft Dynamics CRM team in August 2007. His previous Microsoft experience includes a year as a Product Manager with the Worldwide Partner Group and six years as an Instructional Designer and Content Business Manager with Microsoft Learning.

A diehard fan of the North Carolina Tar Heels, Jim’s outside interests include military history, computer and board gaming, and participating in the Seattle and Black Rock City, NV arts scene.
