Convergence 2008 will be held this March in Orlando, Florida, and this year will mark Microsoft Dynamics CRM’s largest presence ever at this event.
In additional to the great networking and community building opportunities at the event, we’ll have over 30 sessions dedicated to discussing the product and, no matter what your role is within your company, we have a session targeted towards you.
A couple of session highlights:
- A new series of sessions this year focus on the upcoming North America release of Microsoft Dynamics CRM Live. Topics will range from a high-level overview of the business benefits the on-demand CRM solution provides to a detailed technical review of the product and technology powering this release.
- With Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 having RTMed in English last December and continuing to roll-out in other languages around the world, we will have an astutely titled “What’s New in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0” session. An early iteration of this highly-rated session was jam-packed at the Convergence EMEA event last October so make sure to arrive early to get a seat.
- Always engaging, Microsoft Dynamics CRM’s General Manager Brad Wilson will lead the product’s General Session on Wednesday, March 12. Attend this session to gain insight into the Microsoft Dynamics CRM product strategy.
In addition to our sessions, we’ll have product experts at our eight Microsoft Dynamics CRM booths and new interactive discussion topics. Formerly called “Chalk&Talks”, interactive discussions are extensive Q&A sessions that focus on a particular topic of interest.
