Laura Robinson is a Technology Specialist on the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online team. Her passion is in enabling CRM Online prospects from all backgrounds realize and use the core functionality of CRM to meet their business needs, and she enjoys a good challenge where a complex business requirement can be met using core CRM functionality, with minimal customization and scripting, to allow the customer flexibility and long-term use of their CRM application. Lately Laura has been specializing in the email marketing features and Internet Marketing features of CRM Online.
Prior to working as a CRM Online TS, Laura was a Program Manager for the CRM Online sales team and a contractor in the Microsoft SMS&P partner recruitment group, driving sales operations and internal CRM implementations. Her work experience outside of Microsoft includes sales and marketing project management and CRM system administration for competing Microsoft CRM products at a library software company and an insurance brokerage. Laura has a master’s degree in Library and Information Science, although contrary to stereotype she does not own three cats nor does she wear glasses and knit. Her non-work passions include reading, running, playing soccer and cooking.
