I am a senior product manager on the Microsoft Dynamics™ CRM PMG team in Redmond.  I am responsible for worldwide product marketing of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM customer service and support applications.  A key initiative is demonstrating to the marketplace how Dynamics CRM is at work in enterprises around the world, and its competency in contact centers of all sizes.  It scales down to be cost-effective in smaller implementations and scales up to handle the complexities and demands of large, multi-national organizations.
