Microsoft Press Pass — Aug. 27, 2009 Microsoft Corp. has been recognized with four CRM magazine Market Leader awards in the Enterprise Suite CRM, Midmarket Suite CRM, Sales Force Automation and Business Intelligence categories. ISS Belgium, a division of ISS Worldwide and a Microsoft Dynamics CRM customer, was also honored with a CRM magazine Elite Award and a 2009 Technology ROI Award from Nucleus Research for its Microsoft Dynamics CRM implementation. ISS Belgium will save nearly 8 million Euros each year by reducing risk and improving customer service.
