Following on recent placements for Microsoft Dynamics CRM in the leaders wave of Forrester’s CRM suites for midsized and large organizations, and the leaders quadrant of Gartner’s CRM customer service contact center reports, it is exciting to now announce that the team is keeping this momentum moving as Microsoft Dynamics CRM was just named to the Leaders wave of The Forrester Wave™: CRM Suites Customer Service Solutions, Q3, 2010 (July 2010) and the Leaders quadrant of Gartner’s Magic Quadrant for Sales Force Automation (R. Desisto, July 2010).

Customers across industries are also recognizing and benefiting from implementing Microsoft Dynamics CRM, some of these customers include:

  • IGH Solutions that implemented Microsoft Dynamics CRM to dramatically reduce labor costs and to gain one additional hour of sales productivity per day for each salesperson.
  • Trion that doubled its sales efficiency, improved business insight, lowered costs and gained instant feedback on marketing investments after deploying with Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online.
  • Panduit increased its sales force productivity by 15–20 percent, two months after implementing Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

Congratulations to the Microsoft Dynamics CRM team for their earned recognition as a leader yet again. Full press release we issued today can be found here
