Here are a few search tips for you. Use the words “Microsoft Dynamics AX” in your search to help narrow down articles to only the AX product and no others. Also, if you want to limit your search to Knowledge Base articles, use the abbreviate “kb” in your search.
For example, if I want to find information about how to import customers and vendors in Microsoft Dynamics AX, in Bing I’d search on the following phrase with the quotes:
“Microsoft Dynamics AX” kb import
When I do that, one of the first things that pops up is KB article 960729 titled “How to import customers and vendors in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009”.
