I started in the Swedish Navision sub in 2001. I got quite quickly involved in NAV Costing and have been an Escalation Engineer within the Customer Service & Support organization in EMEA for the last six years focusing on the particular area. Before Navision I was working 12 years with a Swedish business solution as support and developer as programming is my original profession.
