Direct Access connectivity issue


We have received several cases were direct access is not working together with Retail store connect and Transaction services.

After the initial research we have discovered that these two services only communicate on TCP IPV4 and not IPV6 which is the only protocol which Direct Access uses.

The issue has been escalated to development as a Design Request Change.
