Listening and responding to feedback is one of the most important parts of running a business. Starting today, with the general availability of Microsoft Forms Pro, everyone in your organization can collect timely feedback from customers and employees and gain actionable insights from the results.

Microsoft Forms Pro is a simple to use, yet robust enterprise-survey solution that integrates with Office 365, Dynamics 365, and the Power Platform. It’s built on Microsoft Forms for Office 365 with new, advanced survey capabilities to further support business survey solutions, including point-and-click simplicity to create and send custom surveys, integration with your business processes, and AI-assisted features that provide a deep-level of insights across transactional and behavioral data.

With Forms Pro, users can quickly create and manage professional looking surveys with ease through AI-assisted suggestions and an intuitively designed interface. You can personalize surveys by leveraging the built-in suggested questions with branching logic and localize your survey into multiple user languages.

Seamlessly integrate surveys with your business application solutions

Integrate surveys seamlessly with your business workflows within Office 365, Dynamics 365, and the Power Platform. With Dynamics 365, you can personalize surveys with existing data and embed surveys into Microsoft PowerApps, while automating surveys with Microsoft Flow by sending timely surveys based on events such as a customer case resolution.

How to get started

Microsoft Forms Pro is included as part of the Dynamics 365 Enterprise license, providing up to 2,000 survey responses per month per tenant with additional capacity available for purchase. Forms Pro is also available to users who do not have Dynamics 365 Enterprise and users in an Office 365 tenant.

Do you currently use Voice of the Customer (VOC)?

With the release of Forms Pro, Voice of the Customer (VOC) will be deprecated within Dynamics 365. Moving forward, Forms Pro will provide seamless integration for surveys within Microsoft Business Applications, including Dynamics 365 and Office 365.

Existing Dynamics 365 customers with a VOC entitlement will maintain the ability to create and distribute new surveys and collect responses from live surveys for a period of 12-months, ending on July 1, 2020.

I thought Forms Pro would allow organizations to administrate compliance, security, and privacy the way they do OneDrive and SharePoint. That there would be an Office 365 Admin section for Forms Pro.

As a healthcare organization, there is a need to collect patient health information using surveys. But we are required to control access, including monitoring data use. With Forms, we have no insight into how staff are using Forms and the data they collect. We can’t setup DLP policies that alert us to sensitive data being stored in Forms Pro. And we get a list of surveys created or actively used in the organization.
