In this Hybrid Cloud series a big priority for me is discussing in depth the nature of a Hybrid Cloud, as well as the benefits of using one in a variety of scenarios and industries. But, before we get much deeper into this series and start talking about results, I’m going to spend the next several posts looking at how you can go from Zero to Hybrid.

Beginning this week, I have several “Best Practices” posts that will cover Planning, Building, Deploying, and Operating a Hybrid Cloud.

In each of these posts, I’ll provide information and guidance about the technical challenges and obstacles encountered at every stage of the Hybrid Cloud process, as well as links to the technical overviews from the engineers who’ve built these products and tools.

Throughout these next several posts, I recommend you refer to the analysis provided by the “Hybrid Cloud Infrastructure Design Considerations” doc located here . This guide gets into some great detail about design considerations that you will need to examine before you begin assembling your Hybrid Cloud. I also recommend looking at the “Hybrid Cloud Infrastructure Solution for Enterprise IT” featured here .

For anyone looking for a recap of everything covered this far (as well as what lies ahead), just check out the table of contents for this series.
