Update 11/16/2015:  We uncovered an issue with the original Cumulative Update 2 media that could result in the removal of some of the files necessary for Extensions of Microsoft Intune. The symptoms are: the administrator console terminates unexpectedly and the extensions are not listed. Cumulative Update 2 was revised on November 13, 2015 to handle this scenario. No other changes were made to the cumulative update. If you downloaded and installed CU2 before November 13, 2015 and you are experiencing the issues described, you should download the updated CU2 media and follow the instructions in KB 3118546 to reinstall the Administrator Console patch.

Cumulative Update 2 (CU2) for System Center 2012 R2 Configuration Manager SP1 and System Center 2012 Configuration Manager SP2 is now available as a hotfix download from KB 3100144.
