Organizations have been inundated with information on how Artificial Intelligence (AI) can automate tasks, improve customer satisfaction and reduce costs. Many organizations see the value in AI, but believe they are not ready from a technology point of view to take advantage of it. While there are some foundational technology elements required, the most common blockers are a lack of understanding the purpose of AI, and not identifying the appropriate use cases.
