The following documents describe how the accessibility features of Microsoft products help agencies address the requirements of EN 301 549 standards. All conformance statements are Microsoft Word docx files.

EN 301 549 is based on “Accessibility requirements suitable for public procurement of ICT products and services in Europe,” which was produced by CEN, CENELEC and ETSI in response to a request from the European Commission (Mandate 376).

Microsoft publishes EN 301 549 reports that reflect the complete product or service. We generally do not create a report for individual features or components. In some cases, we may release a new component for an existing product, or a new version of an existing component, which users may choose to install separately, and we may publish a EN 301 549 report for that component.
