We are experiencing intermittent failures in
processing uploaded collections and running rules for LCS System diagnostic
service. Uploaded data collections may not be processed and new rule
evaluations may be missing. While we are working on the problem, we may need to
take the service offline briefly.  In the meantime, you may continue to upload
data collections. Thanks for your patience.
