The Dynamics CRM web team has updated the home page for the Resource Center help and support site. Through user research and other sources, we listened to what you needed, and built a page based on that. You’ll notice the design is much simpler, much less busy. Business users should now be able to find their most common links on the Dynamics CRM Help tab, and admins on the Help for Admins tab.
In the coming months, you’ll notice us making further improvements to the home pages, the content, and the design. We are committed to creating a Resource Center that helps you help yourself with the most common questions you have about Dynamics CRM. Whether you’re just getting started, or are an experienced user trying to make the most of CRM, or if you’ve encountered a problem you need to troubleshoot, we want the web site to be your go-to place
to find what you need.
