Since the days of the first color TV, D&H has provided distribution services for resellers and retailers of electronics, growing into a leading distributor of computer hardware and software and other IT technologies for businesses and consumers throughout North America. With an IT infrastructure composed largely of custom-developed applications built on the Progress platform, company leaders were concerned that their rapid growth was outpacing the scalability of their existing systems. 
In an effort to modernize its systems and establish a platform for future growth, D&H has selected Microsoft Dynamics AX as the company’s core ERP. Microsoft Dynamics AX provides D&H with the flexibility to model its unique business processes, while also allowing rapid customization and reconfiguration to respond to changing business needs. The capability to connect Microsoft Dynamics AX to other LOB applications and platform services, including Microsoft Dynamics CRM, SharePoint Services, Project Server, SQL Server, and BizTalk Server allows for the seamless flow of data across processes, functions, and geographies.
