Following the successful debut of Microsoft FastTrack for Dynamics 365 earlier this year, new services have been added to expand the way customers can embrace digital transformation and accelerate their path to business success—and this includes more exciting opportunities for our Dynamics partners, as well.
FastTrack for Dynamics 365 builds business success faster
If you’re not yet familiar with the FastTrack for Dynamics 365 program, this is our customer success service designed to help them move to Dynamics 365 smoothly and confidently, so they can realize business value faster.
When your customers participate in the FastTrack program, they will be guided on best practices and how to plan for quick and successful rollouts that drive predictable and repeatable deployments to the cloud. They will also learn ways to engage and enable new users in their organization and expand user capabilities – all at their own pace.

New services for FastTrack for Dynamics 365
We are happy to announce the offering of several new services. Whether you’re already engaged in the FastTrack service, or are interested in getting started, we are always looking for ways to expand or improve the program.
The most recent FastTrack for Dynamics 365 services help accelerate customer success, can reduce time to usage, and drive adoption:
- Adoption Services for Customer Engagement enables customers to ensure awareness for successful adoption and drive usage, boost engagement, and improve user experience.
- Onboarding Service for Field Service empowers customers to achieve an understanding of the core value of this service to improve their satisfaction, apply first-time fix rates, and resource for user productivity.
- Onboarding Service for Project Service Automation allows users to manage sales, resources, delivery, and billing for client-facing projects and to better understand the interaction of Dynamics 365 and Office 365 components with the service.
Participating partners will be able to work in concert with the FastTrack team to guide their customers along the learning process that may include technical talks, workshops, and regular touchpoints. All sessions are delivered remotely by the FastTrack engineering team. We have time zone-based resources to cover major markets in the Americas, EMEA, and APAC.
FastTrack for Dynamics 365 onboarding and adoption services assist eligible customers nominated by partners in deploying Dynamics 365 for Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Customer Service, Project Service Automation, and Finance and Operations, Enterprise edition.
