They can also create, edit, and save work orders while onsite, and include relevant image assets from their field visits for future reference. This wealth of service-related information ultimately enables customers to swiftly move from reactive to proactive service, and eventually even leverage predictive capabilities powered by AI to anticipate issues even before they occur.
