It has come to our attention that the Availability and Health monitors sections on the Overview tab on the Environment monitoring page, are at times, showing the Availability and health status for Production environments as Unknown or red.

Update experience In the February release of LCS, we have reduced the lead time to submit a request to apply an update to a Production environment from 8 hours down to 4 hours.
Important: This issue was resolved with the March 2017 release of Lifecycle Services. We recently announced the availability of Platform update 4 through Lifecycle Services. Since the release, we have discovered issues with the Servicing workflow for the Platform update 4 environment.
The new BPM experience The new Business process modeler (BPM) tool has been released and is currently available in preview. To access the new Business process libraries page, go to your project, click the Business process modeler tile, and then click View this page in the updated BPM experience.
